What are B20Punks?

B20Punks is a collection of 10,000 unique pixel art characters, each one a 24x24 upscaled to 1024x1024. Every punk is a distinct combination of type, hair, eyes, mouth, and accessories.

They are the first NFT collection to use the B20 token standard on Base — a native precompiled token standard that offers cheaper gas and native L1 security compared to traditional ERC-721 contracts.

Inspired by the original CryptoPunks (2017), B20Punks brings pixel art culture to the newest L2 with the newest standard.
